  2. Work with finance and data science to align on Marketing's north star metrics, define annual and quarterly goals, and establish regular reporting structures
  3. Run Marketing's core planning cycles end-to-end — annual functional review, quarterly re-planning, quarterly/monthly business reviews, budget management and headcount planning
  4. Work closely with partner teams across sales, product and more to ensure tight alignment on priorities and regular and clear communication
  5. Deliver data-driven insights and analytics by synthesizing quantitative and qualitative inputs into actionable strategies and business recommendations
