This role is for a Strategic Project Manager, Real Estate at Crusoe, an AI infrastructure company. The role supports the SVP of Real Estate, focusing on strategic prioritization, executive proxy, delegated decision-making, communication, workstream oversight, cross-functional orchestration, and operational excellence within the real estate function. It requires experience in business operations, executive partnership, or real estate operations, with a background or interest in commercial real estate, energy infrastructure, or industrial development.

What you'd actually do

  1. Architect and optimize the SVP’s workflow, ensuring their time is ruthlessly protected and allocated to the highest-impact land, power, and infrastructure initiatives.
  2. Represent the SVP in internal and external forums. You will deliver updates, synthesize complex information, and act as a credible voice for the office of the SVP when they are not in the room.
  3. Exercise high-level judgment to manage approvals, coordinate urgent escalations, and make informed decisions within a defined scope to keep projects moving.
  4. Serve as the central communications hub. You will draft executive-level correspondence, prepare briefing materials, and translate raw data into polished board-ready presentations.
  5. Track critical deal milestones and portfolio-level deliverables. You’ll keep a pulse on land acquisition, power procurement, and lease workstreams to ensure nothing slips through the cracks.

Skills

Required

  • 5–8 years in senior business operations, executive partnership, or real estate operations
  • Strong background (or deep interest) in commercial real estate, energy infrastructure, or large-scale industrial development
