What you'd actually do

  1. Pioneer portfolio transformations—strategic expansions, developments, and acquisitions —leveraging divisional geo strategies and analytics to align real estate plans with workforce dynamics, supply chain resilience, and market opportunities. Develop and maintain real estate master plans, including scenario modeling for mergers, acquisitions, or divestitures, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements specific to defense and security sectors.
  2. Spearhead cost leadership initiatives, achieving efficiencies through advanced analytics, lease restructurings, and capital financing structures, and capital project investment frameworks.
  3. Cultivate strategic partnerships with brokers, attorneys, capital market players, regulators, and government entities to navigate defense-specific compliance and accelerate site acquisitions.
  4. Orchestrate cross-divisional forecasting of headcount, technology, and space demands, delivering master plans that integrate scenario modeling for 5-10 year horizons. Collaborate with business divisions across engineering, R&D, manufacturing, and administrative teams, to forecast headcount growth and associated space needs, ensuring accurate projections for office, R&D, and production environments.
  5. Align divisional real estate needs and priorities with overarching corporate goals, portfolio considerations, business line investment frameworks including innovation initiatives, talent acquisition strategies, growth and P&L targets and strategic international growth.
