Strategic Sales Operations Lead, Armory

Anduril Industries is a defense technology company seeking a Strategic Sales Operations Lead to build and establish systems and processes that accelerate their offering system and go-to-market function for commercially available technology. This role will own and drive the development of the offering system, collaborate with business lines, develop sales channel content, support forecasting and planning, and assist with customer meetings. The ideal candidate has experience running an internal sales operations team in the defense sector, strong communication skills, and demonstrated success leading cross-functional teams.

What you'd actually do

  1. Own and drive the development of our new highly efficient offering system, process for vetting and contracting with partners, and reporting on progress towards our a sales objectives.
  2. Collaborate closely with Anduril business lines, partner business lines, and corporate functions to advance Armory growth initiatives.
  3. Develop Armory sales channel content for the Monthly Growth Brief, Monthly Growth Report, Quarterly Business Review, Long Range Plan, and other key planning products.
  4. Support the forecasting and planning process for the Armory pipeline.
  5. Support key customer and partner meetings as required.

Skills

Required

  • Experience running an internal sales operations team supporting B2B in the defense sector
  • High ownership and initiative
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and capable of succeeding in a fast-paced, dynamic, and creative environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience presenting to executives and customers
  • Demonstrated success leading cross-functional teams and/or managing resources
  • Ability to interface with a wide range of US and international customers
  • Willingness to travel up to 30%
  • Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance
