Postman is seeking a Strategic Solutions Engineer to partner with their sales team, nurture enterprise customer relationships, and guide users in leveraging the Postman API platform. The role involves conducting technical demos, providing solutions to customer needs, creating proof of concept integrations, and acting as a technical intermediary.

What you'd actually do

  1. Help drive enterprise sales by nurturing prospects & supporting Strategic & Enterprise customers
  2. Conduct discovery, qualification, technical demos, & proof of value workshops with prospective customers looking to embrace Postman for their API lifecycle
  3. Handle Postman technical questions or objections & provide solutions or workarounds to address customer needs
  4. Understand deeply our customer workflows today & how they can adopt API-first development best practices
  5. Share customer feedback with appropriate teams & provide general customer advocacy
