This role partners with Sales Directors to showcase Cresta's AI platform to potential customers in the APAC region. It involves providing technical insights, conducting product demos, managing technical validation activities (POCs, pilots), and developing the business case for prospects. The Solutions Engineer acts as a liaison between sales, customers, and Cresta's technical teams, with a focus on driving adoption and demonstrating ROI.

What you'd actually do

  1. Qualify new sales opportunities by understanding customer requirements and converting it to Cresta technical requirements
  2. Partner with the Sales Directors to discover and understand the prospect's situation and the challenges that they are experiencing
  3. Lead discovery calls with prospective customers & internal cross functional teams to build and deliver product demos. Solving problems for potential customers and demonstrating the value of Cresta product
  4. Provide your prospects with insights and learnings from your vast experience in helping customers improve their contact center and customer experience operations
  5. Drive adoption during proof of values by training individual managers and users on the Cresta solution

Skills

Required

  • 7+ years of experience in a customer facing role
  • 1-3 years of experience in a technical pre-sales role selling to large enterprises
  • Hands on experience of working with Conversational AI
  • Highly organized
  • Impeccable work ethic
  • Desire to practice and prepare your presentation (or demo) meticulously, as you always strive for perfection
  • Energy, enthusiasm and thoughtfulness in everything you do
  • Learn new technology quickly and find it easy to explain technological solutions in terms of business value
  • Natural problem-solver and extremely resourceful - garnering support from other people or teams in order to drive opportunities to closure
