Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) is seeking a Strategic Sourcing Manager to support the growth and expansion of Oracle's next-generation cloud infrastructure. In this role, you will lead sourcing strategy and supplier management for external manufacturing partners, helping ensure the reliable delivery of critical hardware that powers OCI's global cloud services.
You will work closely with Product, Engineering, Manufacturing, Finance, and Legal teams to develop sourcing strategies, negotiate supplier agreements, manage supply risks, and drive long-term business outcomes. This role requires a combination of supply chain expertise, business acumen, and technical understanding of hardware infrastructure.

What You'll Do
- Lead sourcing activities for server component hardware and external manufacturing partners.
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies that align with OCI's business objectives, growth plans, and technology roadmap.
- Negotiate supplier agreements to achieve the best balance of cost, quality, capacity, and supply flexibility.
- Build and manage strategic supplier relationships, serving as a key point of contact for business and operational discussions.
- Identify and mitigate supply chain risks, including capacity constraints, market volatility, and supplier performance issues.
- Partner with Product, Engineering, Manufacturing, Finance, and Legal teams to support sourcing decisions and resolve supplier-related challenges.
- Conduct supplier and market analysis to identify new sourcing opportunities and improve supply chain resiliency.
- Drive cross-functional alignment on sourcing strategies, supplier performance, and business priorities.
- Communicate sourcing plans, risks, and recommendations to senior leadership and executive stakeholders.
- Represent Oracle in discussions with supplier executives and strategic manufacturing partners.
What We're Looking For

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Business, Engineering, Operations, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 7+ years of experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, supply chain management, or related functions.
- Experience negotiating supplier agreements and managing supplier performance.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams to support business and operational objectives.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience sourcing server hardware, components, or infrastructure-related technologies.
- Experience working with contract manufacturers or external manufacturing partners.
- Knowledge of cloud infrastructure, datacenter hardware, or server technologies.
- Experience supporting large-scale technology, cloud, or manufacturing environments.
- MBA or advanced degree is a plus.

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $102,300 to $209,500 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
