What you'd actually do

  1. Implement sourcing strategies for Digital & Social, with flexibility to support additional Marketing categories as needed.
  2. Identify opportunities for cost savings, process improvements, and innovation across Digital & Social, while ensuring alignment with Marketing and Finance goals.
  3. Promote cross-functional collaboration and explore innovative sourcing models to unlock enterprise-wide value.
  4. Build strong relationships with Marketing and Finance partners to understand their strategic priorities and deliver tailored sourcing solutions.
  5. Develop and maintain vendor relationships that support shared objectives, service expectations, and performance outcomes.

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in Strategic Sourcing or related field.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills – able to collaborate and communicate effectively across teams.
  • Understanding of the full Strategic Sourcing lifecycle, from strategy development, RFx execution, contract negotiation and execution.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights.
  • Professional, customer-focused, and highly organized with strong project management capabilities.
  • Resourceful and effective at managing projects independently.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and other analytical tools.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
