This role is for a Senior Manager in Deloitte's Strategy & Transactions team, focusing on guiding organizations through critical moments and transformational initiatives. The role involves advising external clients and internal Deloitte leadership on strategy, growth, and transformation, including areas like M&A, business design, and sustainability. The position emphasizes leading complex engagements, owning client relationships, driving problem-solving, and contributing to business development and practice growth.

What you'd actually do

  1. Senior Managers lead and shape large, complex transformation engagements — serving as the senior strategic voice across a range of strategy, performance, and transactions-focused challenges.
  2. They own the client relationship day-to-day, drive the overall problem-solving agenda, and are accountable for the quality and impact of every workstream and deliverable.
  3. Senior Managers operate with the same mandate whether advising an external client’s C-suite or shaping Deloitte’s own internal transformation priorities.
  4. Beyond delivery, Senior Managers play an active role in shaping and making markets.
  5. They cultivate and expand executive relationships, contribute to business development, and help define the points of view and solutions that differentiate Deloitte in the market.
