What you'd actually do

  1. Lead the development and execution of analytics, reporting, and dashboards to help the Auto Retail and Commercial Solutions Risk organization monitor origination quality and portfolio performance, ensuring actionable insights for executive forums (EMR, ARC, DCS Risk Forum) and senior management.
  2. Drive integration of insights across Auto Retail and Commercial businesses, identifying opportunities for enhanced risk management and proactively addressing emerging risk trends.
  3. Partner with senior business leaders and cross-functional teams (Risk, Finance, Technology, Business) to align data and reporting initiatives with business objectives and evolving reporting needs.
  4. Lead the design, development, and delivery of risk reports and dashboards for senior management, regulators, and other stakeholders, serving as a subject matter expert and strategic advisor on risk monitoring.
  5. Ensure data quality, consistency, and compliance with policies and regulatory requirements across all risk reporting.

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Data Science, or related field
  • Minimum 8+ years of experience in risk management, data analytics, or reporting within financial services or Auto Finance, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
  • Strong understanding of risk concepts, regulatory requirements, and data governance
  • Project Management Skills
  • Advanced proficiency in analytical languages (e.g., SAS, Python, SQL)
  • Advanced proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills

  • Experience with auto finance products and portfolios
