What you'd actually do

  1. Manage the annual planning and quarterly budget evaluation cycles for the Adobe on Adobe consulting organization.
  2. Collaborate with finance on forecasting, budgeting, and headcount planning.
  3. Review and consolidate travel and expense requests, tracking against forecasted spend.
  4. Work with sr. leadership to manage budgets and forecasts.
  5. Coordinate with HR Ops and partner liaisons to source and onboard partner resources.

Skills

Required

  • 8+ years in strategy, business operations, consulting, or services operations
  • Strong financial modeling and planning experience
  • Experience supporting delivery organizations or large, matrixed teams
  • Ability to influence without formal authority in a matrixed environment
  • Clear, confident communicator with executive presence
  • Highly collaborative, able to build trust quickly across functions
  • Comfortable working in ambiguity and providing a point of view where there are gaps
