What you'd actually do

  1. Serve as a strategic and operational right hand to the GM of Chegg Academic Services
  2. Help establish operating discipline across the business through strong planning, prioritization, performance tracking, and follow-through
  3. Identify the highest-leverage opportunities to improve business performance and help translate them into action
  4. Drive key operating rhythms, including leadership meetings, business reviews, KPI tracking, planning processes, and cross-functional follow-ups
  5. Partner closely with Product, Finance, Analytics, Marketing, Operations, Support, and other teams to drive alignment and execution
