What you'd actually do

  1. Own new and/or existing product(s) within the Growth Bets portfolio, with full accountability for customer experience, P&L performance, and promotional budgets
  2. Design and run experiments to test new opportunities, then build and execute go-to-market plans for launches and campaigns
  3. Partner with global product and operations teams to tailor solutions for the ANZ market
  4. Drive cross-functional collaboration, ensuring priorities are delivered through strong project management and influence

Skills

Required

  • University degree in a quantitative field
  • Minimum 3 years of professional experience in strategy consulting, investment banking or similar roles
  • Strong analytical skills and structured problem solving
  • Product sense
  • Entrepreneurial mindset
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience representing your company externally with partners, clients, or stakeholders
  • Familiarity with product experimentation and growth-stage environments
