Strategy and Operations Manager for Google's Go-to-Market (GtM) Operations team, focusing on driving priority horizontal initiatives, managing resource allocation, and advising leadership on operational data and strategy. The role involves leading cross-functional projects, establishing KPIs, and developing best practices within Google's Ads business.

What you'd actually do

  1. Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to identify key questions and translate long-term goals and strategy into defined projects.
  2. Partner with Project Director and Principal Leads to select projects and staff team capacity to lead projects that optimize operating structure and resource allocation or aimed to streamline cross-functional collaboration for faster execution.
  3. Lead projects that are operationally intensive and cross-functional to ensure there is structure and timely delivery of project goals.
  4. Establish Key Performance Indicators and timelines for each project, regular metrics reporting, that tie back to goals, and post-implementation impact analysis.
  5. Develop best practices, templates, and tools specific to each domain that can be utilized for future initiatives.
