Strategy and Operations Manager, Revenue Operations

This role is on the Revenue Operations team, supporting Sales and Post Sales teams in growing the seller base and partnerships. Responsibilities include working with the data team on reporting and analysis, taking on strategic operational projects, developing playbooks, supporting GTM leaders with data and insights, and analyzing the competitive landscape and market trends to inform GTM strategy. The role requires strong analytical skills, SQL and Excel proficiency, and experience supporting post-sales motions in a high-growth startup.

What you'd actually do

  1. Work closely with the data team on reporting and analyzing performance data and recommend course corrections as needed
  2. Take on key strategic and operational special projects that move the business forward and help us scale
  3. Work with the post sales GTM team to build and develop playbooks and documentation
  4. Support GTM leaders in identifying and presenting data and insights
  5. Support category team with analysis and success measurement of initiatives
