Strategy and Operations Manager, Revenue Operations

This role is for a Strategy and Operations Manager on the Revenue Operations team at Whatnot, a livestream shopping platform. The role focuses on supporting Sales and Post Sales teams by working with the data team on reporting and analysis, taking on strategic projects, developing playbooks, and supporting GTM leaders. It requires strong analytical skills, SQL, Excel, and experience supporting post-sales motions in a high-growth startup. The role is not directly AI/ML focused but operates within a consumer tech company.

What you'd actually do

  1. Work closely with the data team on reporting and analyzing performance data and recommend course corrections as needed
  2. Take on key strategic and operational special projects that move the business forward and help us scale
  3. Work with the post sales GTM team to build and develop playbooks and documentation
  4. Support GTM leaders in identifying and presenting data and insights
  5. Support category team with analysis and success measurement of initiatives
