Strategy - Innovation, Delivery and Transformation Manager

What you'd actually do

  1. Lead day-to-day delivery of strategy engagements across client and internal Deloitte contexts
  2. Oversee multiple workstreams, guiding problem-solving, and connecting analysis to the broader business, operating model, and transformation agenda—regardless of whether the "client" is external or Deloitte itself
  3. Shape executive-level materials for senior stakeholders across both environments
  4. Serve as a mentor and coach to junior staff
