This role focuses on developing and implementing commerce strategies, managing cross-functional projects, identifying process inefficiencies, analyzing commerce data, and managing vendor performance within the post-purchase experience. It requires experience in strategy and operations, project management, and data analysis.

What you'd actually do

  1. Develop and implement commerce strategies that drive margin optimization and/or growth across the post-purchase experience
  2. Manage cross-functional commerce projects in close partnership with the product, engineering, and policy teams
  3. Identify inefficiencies in processes and implement improvements to enhance productivity/reduce costs
  4. Analyze commerce data to provide insights and recommendations
  5. Negotiate contracts and manage vendor performance to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in strategy and operations roles (e.g., consulting, finance, GM, Operations)
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proficient in data analysis and reporting tools
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to think strategically and execute methodically across multiple workstreams
  • Proficient with SQL and analytics tools like Looker, Sigma, Hex
