Strategy & Operations Leader, Generative AI Innovation Centre , Proserve Business Strategy

Amazon Amazon · Big Tech · Herndon, VA · Corporate Operations

This role is a Strategy & Operations Leader for Amazon's Generative AI Innovation Centre (GenAIIC) within ProServe Business Strategy. The primary focus is on driving strategic planning, go-to-market (GTM) execution, and partner strategy for the GenAIIC portfolio. Key responsibilities include shaping portfolio direction, accelerating pipeline, scaling partner motions, and ensuring operational rigor. The role also requires developing data-driven narratives and executive presentations, driving cross-functional initiatives, and supporting business case development and resource planning. While the role leverages AI tools, its core function is business strategy and operations, not direct AI/ML model development or research.

What you'd actually do

  1. Drive strategic planning for the GenAIIC portfolio, including operational planning inputs, growth narratives, and long-range business planning.
  2. Own portfolio performance analytics (pipeline health, conversion, bookings/revenue attainment, and geo-level scorecards) that drive accountability.
  3. Shape and execute the partner and Marketplace GTM strategy for GenAIIC offerings, coordinating with partner development teams, ISV partners, and Sales.
  4. Coordinate demand generation activities with marketing and engagement teams. Track effectiveness, identify gaps, and accelerate pipeline velocity.
  5. Develop data-driven narratives and executive presentations for monthly/quarterly business reviews and leadership reviews.
