What you'd actually do

  1. Earner Quality: manage, analyze, build and operationalize a portfolio of delivery partner quality programs to ensure Uber Eats delivers the best consumer experience.
  2. Marketplace Operations: run marketplace emergency closures and manage geo-level footprint expansions.
  3. Analytics & Research: build dashboards and analyses to uncover insights and track program progress.
  4. Stakeholder management: orchestrate and bring together a wide range of cross-functional team members, including Legal, Public Policy and other external stakeholders to deliver strong outcomes. See Uber Values.

Skills

Required

  • 3+ years of experience in related fields such as management consulting, technology, e-commerce, operations, strategy, analytics, data science, and project management.
  • Fluency in English

Nice to have

  • Intermediate SQL capability
  • Ability to gather, structure and analyze quantitative data (intermediate to advanced SQL / R / Python are big pluses).
