  3. Build comprehensive analytics and reporting systems to measure marketing performance and provide actionable insights to stakeholders
  4. Coordinate cross-functional projects across Brand Marketing, Enterprise Marketing, Creative Studio, Finance, Legal, and external agency partners
  5. Support strategic planning initiatives by providing data analysis, market insights, and operational recommendations

Skills

Required

  • 7+ years of experience in marketing operations, business strategy, or related roles in high-growth technology companies or consumer brands
  • Strong analytical skills with proven experience in budget management, forecasting, and annual planning processes
  • Demonstrated track record of building and scaling operational processes from scratch in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
  • Experience with marketing technology stacks, analytics platforms, and project management tools
  • Background in brand marketing or consumer marketing, with understanding of campaign development and execution
  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills, with ability to influence without authority
  • Data-driven approach to problem-solving with ability to translate analytics into actionable business insights
