What you'd actually do

  1. Act as the main ACS Operations partner for Japan and APAC within Customer Success
  2. Inspect business performance to drive accountability, help maintain data hygiene and regional adherence to global processes, while providing feedback to help improve regional efficiencies.
  3. Deliver operational insights and performance analysis (e.g., NDR, URR, utilization, capacity) to support leadership decision‑making
  4. Establish repeatable business rhythms, streamline workflows, and drive continuous improvement across teams and regions.
  5. Support regional compensation and incentive governance, including plan alignment, validation, and exception support

Skills

Required

  • Experience in Strategy & Operations, Business Operations, or Sales/Customer Success Operations
  • Strong analytical skills across performance metrics, compensation mechanics, and capacity modelling
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and AI tools that boost productivity
  • Experience supporting APAC and/or Japan markets
  • Ability to operate independently and influence without formal authority
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with senior stakeholders
  • Hands on mentality, proactive, and great attention to detail
