What you'd actually do

  1. Architect and lead high-impact strategic initiatives across the Security organization, translating complex, ambiguous problems into structured frameworks, actionable strategies, and measurable outcomes.
  2. Drive end-to-end operational programs from conception through implementation, independently defining scope, navigating significant ambiguity, and ensuring successful delivery against critical timelines. You will be handed ambiguous, messy problems with little prescription on how to solve them. If this does not _excite_ you, this is not the role for you.
  3. Pioneer the design and implementation of next-generation processes, tools, and systems that enhance operational maturity, streamline workflows, and ensure the Security organization is scalable and resilient for future growth.
  4. Power the process and tooling innovation ****engine** for the Security org. Define and lead operational excellence initiatives around key areas that will help us operationalize, streamline, improve and scale as we continue to grow.
  5. Spearhead complex change management efforts for critical departmental initiatives, ensuring successful adoption and sustained impact through strategic communication, comprehensive training, and robust stakeholder alignment.
