Lime is seeking a Strategy & Planning Program Manager, Fleet Allocation to manage asset allocation for the Americas and APAC regions. This role involves analyzing market metrics, operational readiness, and financial data to optimize fleet placement, build decision frameworks, support planning cycles, and coordinate execution. The ideal candidate will have experience in strategy, operations, or consulting, with strong analytical, project management, and stakeholder leadership skills.

What you'd actually do

  1. Own asset allocation: Manage intake, evaluation, recommendations, and tracking for asset allocation requests across Americas and APAC.
  2. Build recommendations: Use markets metrics, operational readiness and information from multiple teams to determine where fleet should move to maximize our ROI.
  3. Model trade-offs: Build scenarios and decision frameworks to compare competing allocation options.
  4. Drive planning cycles: Support forecasting and budgeting cycles on Capex and fleet planning.
  5. Coordinate execution: Turn approved decisions into clear operational plans to support teams on execution.

Skills

Required

  • 5+ years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, business intelligence, strategy and operations, or related experience

Nice to have

  • BI tools: Experience with Tableau, Looker, Power BI, or similar tools
  • EPM tools/process: knowledge of Anaplan or similar EPM tools and financial processes is a plus
  • Relevant industry experience: Background in mobility, logistics, marketplace operations, supply chain, inventory planning, asset-heavy operations, international operations, or planning cycles such as annual planning, re-forecasting, CapEx planning, or budget forecasting
  • Advanced degree: MBA, master’s degree, or equivalent analytical training is a plus
