What you'd actually do

  1. Own a well-scoped workstream within a project, which could span process improvement, organizational change, and functional strategy efforts
  2. Develop project-specific content and domain knowledge quickly and actively participate in team problem-solving sessions
  3. Gather, model, and analyze data to test hypotheses, identifying trends and key insights
  4. Produce presentation materials to summarize findings and recommendations and influence senior leaders
  5. Help guide client interviews to gather baseline information and work with internal client teams to define business pain points and opportunities

Skills

Required

  • 2.5+ years of experience with a top-tier management consulting firm, internal consulting organization, or corporate strategy team
  • Strong problem-solving and issue identification skills
  • Skills gathering, analyzing, and synthesizing data from multiple sources using Excel
  • Ability to manage key elements of a workstream to completion, escalating and seeking help where necessary

Nice to have

  • Financial services background is preferred, but not mandatory
