What you'd actually do

  3. Develop and manage budgets, forecast financial performance, and identify cost-saving opportunities in partnership with the Chief of Staff.
  4. Oversee business governance processes, including risk management, issue resolution, and change control, ensuring compliance with firm-wide guidelines.
  5. Develop, implement, and maintain project management methodologies, standards, and tools to drive operational excellence.
