Structural Analysis Manager (k Level)

Manages a team of structural analysts focusing on advanced structural concepts for various vehicle types, including commercial aircraft, military aircraft, rotorcraft, space vehicles, and UAVs. Requires expertise in structural analysis, composite materials, and thermo-mechanical analysis.

What you'd actually do

  1. Manages Structural Analysis Team in the development, integration, and transition of advanced structural concepts and technology for commercial aircraft, military aircraft, rotorcraft, space vehicles, UAVs, and advanced vehicle prototypes.
  2. Responsible for the management, execution, and growth of contracted and internally funded research and development projects. Oversees planning and execution of project schedules, finances, and deliverables.
  3. Develops, maintains, and grows relationships with peers, direct reports, stakeholders, government organizations, industry partners, and universities.
  4. Manages, develops and motivates employees. Leads process improvements and sets operational goals
  5. Collaborate with other organizations, such as Business Development, Contracts, Finance, Supplier Management, and Human Resources

  • Experience in shaping, proposing, and capturing CRAD and Global Technology opportunities.
