**Job Description: **
Working on STR design, development and validation for WBT products NPI, cost reduction and quality improvement programs to meet PQVC requirements. Support truck platform configuration and integration establishment.
Job Duties:
- Be responsible for STR solution development for WBT machines. Be able to transfer VOC into CCR, develop & evaluate concept alternatives, perform DFMEA, develop technical specification and develop ProE models.
- Working on system and component design review meeting;
- Work with cross functional teams to conduct CPPD and APQP activities;
- Support current production maintenance and continuous improvement projects. Be able to identify root causes and develop PCAs for field failures.

Engineering - MFG: Knowledge of processes, techniques and methods of engineering in a manufacturing environment; ability to design and implement materials, structures, machines, devices, systems and processes that safely realize a desired objective or invention.
Product Testing: Knowledge of product testing approaches, techniques and tools; ability to design, plan and execute testing strategies and tactics to ensure product quality at all stages of manufacturing.
Troubleshooting Technical Problems: Knowledge of troubleshooting approaches, tools and techniques; ability to anticipate, detect and resolve technical problems in a manufacturing or product development environment.
Desired Qualifications:
- WBT machinery product development experience.
- Machine integration and configuration management experience.
- Machining manufacturing engineering experience.
**This position requires the candidate to work a 5-day-a-week schedule in the office. **
This position requires working onsite five days a week.
