Student internship role focused on digital marketing, omnichannel strategy, and AI within the Specialty Business Unit (Oncology, Immunology, Neuroscience) at Eli Lilly. The role involves supporting digital engagement, campaign execution, expanding reach, contributing to omnichannel strategy, and collaborating cross-functionally. Familiarity with AI and digital tools is a plus.

What you'd actually do

  1. Support digital engagement with key customers by helping develop content and personalized interactions per channel, in alignment with the team’s strategic campaigns.
  2. Assist with the execution of campaigns and activations across HCP and patient audiences, helping monitor results, analyze performance metrics and share insights with the team.
  3. Help expand Share of Voice and reach among Healthcare Professionals — specialists, GPs, pharmacists and nurses — helping ensure communication consistency across all channels.
  4. Support launch readiness and market shaping by contributing to account prioritization, partnership models and ecosystem initiatives that accelerate diagnosis and access.
  5. Contribute to omnichannel strategy by helping define brand-specific roadmaps and assessing the strategic fit of digital tools, platforms and AI-enabled capabilities.

Skills

Required

  • Final-year student or recent graduate in Life Sciences, Marketing, Management or a related field
  • Analytical and structured thinking, with the ability to translate data into insight.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills, in Portuguese and English.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in a matrix organization.
  • User-centric thinking, curiosity and problem-solving initiative.
  • Genuine drive and “can do” attitude.

Nice to have

  • AI & Digital dexterity — familiarity with AI, social media tools and metrics, content platforms or marketing analytics is a plus.
