What you'd actually do

  1. Produce high quality contract management related products, managing indirect procurements and critical facilities suppliers
  2. Leading the negotiation, drafting, and management of indirect contracts, including IT services, facilities management, and professional services agreements
  3. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define contract terms, conditions, scope of work and business risks
  4. Create and execute purchase orders for indirect acquisitions
  5. Evaluate and mitigate risks associated with indirect contracts, ensuring adherence to company policies and industry regulations

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field OR minimum of 5+ years' of equivalent work experience
  • Proven track record (3+ years) in indirect contract management or supplier management
  • Exceptional negotiation skills, coupled with effective communication and interpersonal abilities
  • In-depth understanding of procurement processes, legal frameworks, and industry best practices
  • Familiarity with government regulations and defense contracting requirements
  • Experience with various types of agreements, including Non-Disclosure Agreements and other non-sales agreements
  • Ability to develop solutions to a variety of problems of moderate scope and complexity and work under minimal supervision

  • Strong organization skills and high attention to detail
