Salary: $16.79 - $19.84 per hour commensurate based on location
GEICO's Payment Recovery Department is looking for a highly motivated, detail-oriented team player with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities include preparing and sending demand packages to the adverse carrier, communicating effectively with the adverse carrier and policyholders, monitoring the claim file for recovery, reimbursing expenses including deductibles, and evaluating claims for further recovery efforts as necessary.
Qualifications & Skills:
- 1-2 years of customer service experience preferred
- Must be able to work both independently and in a team environment
- Ability to multitask (listen and type; speak and navigate multiple systems)
- Must be able to attain and maintain the required licenses issued by the insurance departments of various states.
- Ability to learn and apply large amounts of technical and procedural information
- Must meet corporate attendance standards

Annual Salary
$16.79 - $30.53
The above annual salary range is a general guideline. Multiple factors are taken into consideration to arrive at the final hourly rate/ annual salary to be offered to the selected candidate. Factors include, but are not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the role, the selected candidate’s work experience, education and training, the work location as well as market and business considerations.
