責任
- MuleSoft をはじめとするSalesforceの製品とその機能を実装する際のベストプラクティスをお客様に提供します。
- お客様が利用するSalesforce製品の複雑かつ難易度の高い技術的な問題に対して専門的なアドバイスを提供します。
- お客様のSalesforce環境のアーキテクチャを評価するレビューボードに参加します。
- お客様がSalesforce製品の機能の廃止 (End of Life) などの主要な変更に対して備えるのを支援します。
- Salesforceにとって戦略的な製品や機能の利用をお客様に促進します。
- 製品マネジメント部門から提供される製品の重要な情報をキャッチし、それをもとにお客様やSalesforce社内の関係チームにとって有益なアセット（ベストプラクティス、ナレッジ、FAQ等）を作成します。
- 現在の状態、目標とする将来の状態、およびタイムラインを示すパスと基礎となる有効化計画作成の支援をします。
- 顧客の主要なビジネス課題と成長の可能性を理解することで、顧客のビジネスにビジネス価値と革新を提供します。
必要なスキルと経験
- ウォーターフォール / アジャイルソフトウェア開発方法論を使用したエンタープライズレベルのプロジェクトでの5年以上の経験
- 求められるビジネス成果を達成するためのシステムアーキテクチャの全体像を定義し、現在の状態と望ましい最終状態の間のギャップを特定し、包括的なソリューションを提供した経験
- MuleSoft もしくはAPI を介したエンタープライズレベルのシステム間連携(Integration) の実装、開発、運用経験
- PaaS(AWS/Google Cloud Platform/Microsoft Azure など) の深い理解とPaaS 上での実装、開発、運用経験
- お客様の役員クラスも含めてあらゆるレベルの立場の方に対して信頼されるように効果的にコミュニケーションし、価値を示し、影響を与える能力と実績
- 技術的なコンセプトを分析しそれをビジネスの言葉に置き換える能力、および技術的な機能をビジネスの要件にマッピングできる能力
- 相手に合わせてメッセージの抽象度・具体度を適切にコントロールしてコミュニケーションできる能力
- 高度なプレゼンテーションスキル
- 困難でプレッシャーのかかる状況においても、複数のタスクに対して優先順位づけし効果的に実行できる能力
- 問題を自分一人で解決するのではなく、様々なスペシャリストを巻き込みチームとしての解決をリードできる能力
- 新しい概念やビジネスモデル、技術を自主的に迅速に学び業務に活用する姿勢
- 自立したセルフスターター
