責任
- お客様にSalesforceの製品とその機能を実装する際のベストプラクティスを提供します。
- お客様の技術的な問題に関して専門的なアドバイス（推奨事項）を提供します。
- お客様がご利用のSalesforce環境に導入すべき監視指標（パフォーマンス等）についてのアドバイスと分析レポートを提供します。
- お客様が機能の廃止 (End of Life) などのSalesforce製品の主要な変更に備えるのを支援します。
- お客様がご利用のSalesforce環境のアーキテクチャを評価するレビューボードに参加します。
- Salesforceにとって戦略的な製品や機能の利用をお客様に促進します。
- 製品マネジメント部門から提供される製品の重要な情報をキャッチし、それをもとにお客様やSalesforce社内の関係チームにとって有益なアセット（ベストプラクティス、ナレッジ、FAQ等）を作成します。
必要なスキルと経験
- 次の領域の広範囲な経験（特にSalesforceまたはそれに関係するアプリケーションに関するものであることが望ましい）: コンサルティング、テクニカルサポート、アカウントマネジメント、プロジェクトマネジメント
- お客様の視点に立って課題にアプローチする経験
- 3 年以上の Tableau 製品に関わる業務経験
- Tableau製品の機能と、その適切な使い方やデプロイ方法についての深い技術的な知識（Salesforce製品だけでなく、エコシステムとのインテグレーションを含む）
- ユーザーのビジネス要件を定義・理解して、組織のガバナンス強化やダッシュボード構築を支援した経験
- 大規模かつ技術的に高度で、常に製品機能の課題を抱えているようなお客様に対応した経験
- お客様の役員クラスも含めてあらゆるレベルの立場の方に対して信頼されるように効果的にコミュニケーションし、価値を示し、影響を与える能力と実績
- 困難でプレッシャーのかかる状況においても、複数のタスクに対して優先順位づけし効果的に実行できる能力
- 技術的なコンセプトを分析しそれをビジネスの言葉に置き換える能力、および技術的な機能をビジネスの要件にマッピングできる能力
- クラウドコンピューティング（マルチテナント）の世界におけるデータベース、アプリケーション、ネットワーク技術についての理解
- 相手に合わせてメッセージの抽象度・具体度を適切にコントロールしてコミュニケーションできる能力
- 新しい技術や機能について継続的に学ぼうとする積極的な姿勢
- 高いモチベーションを保ち、自発的・自立的に業務を遂行する能力

- Tableau の認定資格
- Tableau Publicなどでのダッシュボード公開
- クラウド・アーキテクチャに関する知識、およびオンプレミスからクラウドへの移行に関する考慮事項への理解。
- データパイプラインやダッシュボードに関連するパフォーマンス問題のサポート・トラブルシューティング経験。
- Salesforce CoreおよびData360上でのソリューション設計に関する知識
- 他の分析製品（Power BI、CRM Analyticsなど）の経験。
- AI 関連の活用/実装にかかわる業務経験
- データウェアハウスまたはデータレイク・プラットフォーム（Snowflake、Databricks、Redshiftなど）の経験。
- 英語（ビジネスレベルの読み書きと会話）
