Salesforce is seeking a Success Guide for Service Cloud with mandatory Salesforce development experience. The role involves engaging with customers to understand their business needs, translating them into Salesforce solutions, delivering org health and security assessments, collaborating with architects and developers, leading demos and proof-of-concepts, and providing expert coaching and product education. The role requires hands-on expertise in Service Cloud capabilities and Salesforce Lightning development using LWC and Apex, along with familiarity with data integration, platform security, and automation tools. The position also involves working in shifts.

What you'd actually do

  1. Engage with customers to gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into actionable Salesforce solutions.
  2. Deliver org health assessments by reviewing challenges, analyzing performance and customizations, using tools like Salesforce Optimizer and other Internal tools and providing best practice recommendations with actionable insights.
  3. Deliver advanced security assessments for customers, identifying risks across key domains (application security, authentication, access, data, and coding) and recommending best practices to strengthen security and compliance.
  4. Collaborate with architects, developers, and stakeholders to design scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions, while reviewing and contributing code when needed to troubleshoot and resolve complex platform challenges.
  5. Lead interactive demos, proof-of-concepts, and collaborative solution-building sessions to accelerate feature and cloud adoption.
