This role is a Business Development/Partnerships focused role for Uber's POS and aggregator integrations, acting as a GM for the ecosystem. It involves strategy definition, partner acquisition, deal-making, leading integrations, optimizing processes, and managing financial operations. It is not an AI/ML role.

What you'd actually do

  1. Define and execute Uber’s strategy across POS providers and aggregators
  2. Structure and negotiate commercial agreements that maximize long-term value for Uber
  3. Guide partners through technical integration and onboarding workflows
  4. Redesign and operationalize onboarding workflows for efficiency and scale
  5. Manage supplier onboarding, billing structures, and invoicing processes

Skills

Required

  • 5–8+ years in partnerships, business development, consulting, or related roles
  • Experience negotiating complex commercial agreements
  • Experience working cross-functionally across technical and business teams

Nice to have

  • Experience with POS systems, aggregators, or marketplace platforms
  • Strong operational mindset with experience building or improving processes
  • Experience owning ambiguous problem spaces and building from 0→1
  • Familiarity with restaurant, grocery, or alcohol ecosystems
  • Strong financial and analytical acumen
