Salesforce is seeking a Product Marketing Lead to design and execute awareness and adoption strategies for Success Plans. This role involves translating complex offerings into customer-focused messaging, creating content, enabling sellers and partners, and leveraging AI tools for content creation, research synthesis, and personalization. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience in product marketing or go-to-market roles, strong communication skills, and experience working cross-functionally.

What you'd actually do

  1. Plan, execute, and iterate marketing programs that drive awareness and adoption of Success Plans across digital and events.
  2. Create and distribute adoption-focused content that shares best practices to help our customers be successful with Salesforce
  3. Create decks, talk tracks, FAQs, and playbooks that help sellers and partners better understand Success Plans and when and how to bring Success Plans into customer conversations.
  4. Leverage AI tools to accelerate content creation, including drafting campaign assets and enablement materials.
  5. Shape how Success Plans show up at Dreamforce, World Tours, Salesforce+, webinars, and field events.

Skills

Required

  • 5+ years of experience in product marketing, services marketing, or go-to-market roles, supporting complex B2B offerings.
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to turn complex ideas into clear, practical messages for sellers, partners, and customers.
  • Experience working closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams in a highly matrixed environment.
  • Highly organized, able to manage multiple priorities, and comfortable working in a fast-moving environment.
  • Clear, confident communicator with a customer-first mindset and a bias for action.
