Salesforce is seeking a Success Plans Go to Market Programs Specialist to support and execute sales programs for their Success Plans (Premier & Signature Success). This role will focus on pipeline development, revenue growth, and market coverage, specifically supporting EMEA and APAC regional teams. Responsibilities include program execution, performance tracking, partner coordination, and cross-functional collaboration. The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and intellectual curiosity, with comfort in using AI tools to drive efficiency.

What you'd actually do

  1. Support the identification, operationalization, and measurement of sales programs targeting new revenue and attrition risk.
  2. Partner closely with aligned EMEA and APAC sales and renewals teams, serving as a reliable resource and point of contact.
  3. Build reports and dashboards to track program performance and surface insights for senior leadership.
  4. Assist in preparing executive-ready presentations summarizing program impact, successes, and opportunities.
  5. Contribute to cross-functional projects representing the Success Plans team and help drive strategy forward.

Skills

Required

  • 3–5 years of relevant experience in Sales Programs, Sales Strategy, Sales Operations, or related fields (or equivalent experience)
  • Analytical mindset with comfort working in data — Excel/Google Sheets, Salesforce reports, Tableau or similar
  • Understanding of business metrics and ability to connect program activity to strategic goals
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including experience preparing presentations or executive summaries
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams across regions and time zones
  • Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative, globally distributed environment

Nice to have

  • Experience working with or supporting international/regional sales or Go-To-Market teams preferred
  • Proven ability to build relationships across functions and manage competing priorities
  • Degree or equivalent relevant experience required. Experience will be evaluated based on core competencies for the role (e.g. extracurricular leadership roles, military experience, volunteer roles, work experience, etc.)
  • Comfortable utilizing AI tools to drive efficiency and scale in Sales Programs
  • Familiarity with Salesforce products and platform a plus
  • Experience working across EMEA and/or APAC markets, or comfort navigating cross-cultural and cross-regional dynamics, a plus
