Success Systems Specialist

This role focuses on building automation and intelligence into the post-sales customer support experience by integrating various tools and databases, creating automated workflows, and leading the development of a next-generation support operations portal. The specialist will act as a systems architect, ensuring scalability and cost-effectiveness while enhancing customer digital experiences and providing cross-functional governance.

What you'd actually do

  1. Architect integrations between Salesforce Service Console/Field Service, Skydio Cloud APIs, Palantir, and other internal tooling to surface telemetry and analytics directly to advocates and customers.
  2. Create automated workflows and diagnostics that reduce repetitive manual work, accelerate case resolution, and cut operational costs.
  3. Lead the build-out of Skydio’s next-gen support operations portal — enabling customers to see case status, telemetry insights, training/warranty policies, and troubleshooting resources in one unified experience.
  4. Act as a bridge across silos, ensuring unified systems design across Support, Success, Field Services, Skydio Cloud, and Revenue Ops.
  5. Deliver solutions that expand support capacity without exponential headcount growth.
