What you'd actually do

  1. Lead, coach, and direct a team of UAW-represented employees across various warehouse functions including Receiving, Packaging, Replenishment, Picking, and Shipping.
  2. Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance team and operational performance.
  3. Ensure accurate recording and reporting of employee time worked and absences in accordance with company policy and collective bargaining agreements.
  4. Drive the achievement of critical operational objectives related to Cost, Quality, Safety, Efficiency, and Absenteeism within established timelines.
  5. Engage proactively with key stakeholders, including suppliers, LTL carriers, and DDS carriers to support objective delivery.
