Supervisor, CQ Lead for DePuy Synthes in Thailand, responsible for leading Commercial Quality activities to ensure compliance, product quality, and patient safety. This role involves managing quality events, supporting product lifecycle, and driving continuous improvement in a regulated medical device environment.

What you'd actually do

  1. Lead Commercial Quality activities for the Thailand market, ensuring compliance with internal quality systems and applicable regulatory requirements.
  2. Supervise and provide day‑to‑day leadership, coaching, and development to Commercial Quality team members.
  3. Oversee quality event management, including complaints, nonconformances, investigations, and corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
  4. Partner with Commercial, Regulatory Affairs, and Supply Chain teams to support product launches, changes, and ongoing market supply.
  5. Ensure effective execution of post‑market surveillance, complaint trending, and escalation processes.

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or a related scientific discipline
  • 4-6 years of experience in Quality Assurance, Commercial Quality, or a regulated medical device or pharmaceutical environment
  • Experience leading teams or providing supervisory oversight
  • Strong knowledge of quality management systems and post-market quality processes
  • Experience managing complaints, investigations, nonconformances, and CAPA
  • Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders at multiple levels
  • Fluent in Thai and English (written and verbal)

Nice to have

  • Master’s degree
  • Experience supporting commercial operations in Southeast Asia or emerging markets
  • Familiarity with Thailand FDA regulations and regional regulatory expectations
  • Experience in the orthopedic or broader medical device industry
  • Experience supporting or leading audits and regulatory inspections
  • Knowledge of continuous improvement or risk management methodologies
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Quality-related certifications (e.g., ASQ)
