Supervisor General Ledger Poznań, Poland
Your responsibilities:
You’ll be the financial compass for the team—guiding, coordinating, and making sure our accounting processes don’t just run, but run smoothly.
- Lead and coordinate US GAAP accounting, reporting, and review processes for your owned processes.
- Be the go-to person for all things accounting—internally and externally.
- Develop your team (and yourself) like a pro coach.
- Spearhead projects to standardize, harmonize, and innovate finance processes.
- Champion continuous improvement—because “inefficient” doesn’t belong to your vocabulary.
Our requirements:
- A high level of responsibility and resilience with capability of independent decision making.
- Agile, solution-oriented mindset
- Strong planning skills—for yourself and your team.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Solid knowledge of US GAAP, SAP FI/CO and MS Excel.
- Fluent English min. C1 (spoken and written)
- Degree in business administration or equivalent.
- 5+ years of experience in general accounting or similar areas.
Nice to have:
- Experience in team management
- Power Apps / Power BI / AI tools
- SAP
- German min. B2
