  2. Understand end to end business processes, flow of CPQ and recommend process - improvements for better functioning of the Operations team.
  3. Partner with Sales, Alliance Operations, and additional stakeholders to develop and - continuously redefine enrichment strategy in each area of our operations workflows
  4. Become a point of contact for all the escalations/queries coming from Sales, Alliances - and Ops team
  5. Determine prioritization for the team across a multitude of projects and manage - resources accordingly
