This role supervises a team of support staff focused on customer, Dasher, and merchant inquiries, aiming to improve internal tools and offshore agent performance. It involves managing daily operations, coordinating workflow, and meeting service-level agreements, with a focus on process improvement and data-driven decision-making.

What you'd actually do

  1. Lead a team of 15-18 full-time employees who are focused on supporting Customers, Dashers, and Merchants with their escalated inquiries.
  2. Improve our internal tools and offshore agents to provide high-quality support
  3. Establish and manage your team to individual and team goals and objectives
  4. Coordinate daily workflow within the team and adjust resources to meet service-level agreements with the business
  5. Create, distribute, and present impactful reports on performance
