Supplier Operations Program Manager

NVIDIA NVIDIA · Semiconductors · Shenzhen, China

NVIDIA is seeking a Supplier Operations Program Manager to manage supplier capacity and factory enablement for critical commodities, focusing on Optics Modules and CPO components. The role involves partnering with GCM on capacity plans, owning factory execution, leading onsite ramp-ups, driving continuous improvement, and serving as the primary interface between suppliers and internal stakeholders.

What you'd actually do

  1. Partner with the Global Commodity Management (GCM) to develop and execute supplier capacity plans that meet business requirements for new product ramp-up.
  2. Own end-to-end factory execution for critical commodities, driving and tracking performance across key operational metrics - including line readiness; capacity ramp; mfg data verification on cycle time/ throughput/ yield, equipment OEE and uptime; labor resource readiness, and material availability.
  3. Lead onsite ramp-up execution at supplier facilities for critical and constrained commodities identified by GCM or executive leadership, maintaining hands-on oversight until stable capacity is achieved and supply consistently meets rapidly growing demand after Product-Release (P-Rel).
  4. Identify and drive continuous improvement opportunities across yield, cycle time, throughput, and process robustness; establish clear ownership and accountability for corrective actions.
  5. Serve as the primary onsite interface between factory partners and internal stakeholders - including GCM, GSM, Engineering and SBE - proactively surfacing risks, issues, and mitigation plans.
