We are seeking a senior individual contributor to lead supplier strategy, performance management, and external delivery optimization across OCI’s global data center construction portfolio. This role sits within the Chief of Staff organization and partners closely with Construction, Procurement, Legal, Engineering, and Delivery leadership.
This leader will define how Oracle manages supplier performance at scale ensuring vendors meet schedule, quality, and contractual commitments while enabling predictable, on-time delivery of critical infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
Supplier Strategy & Segmentation
- Define and implement a global supplier strategy aligned to OCI’s construction delivery goals
- Segment suppliers based on criticality, performance, and capacity constraints
- Partner with Procurement to influence sourcing strategies, vendor selection, and contract structures
Performance Management & Accountability
- Establish and operationalize supplier performance frameworks, including SLAs, KPIs, and scorecards
- Monitor vendor performance across schedule adherence, deliverable quality, and responsiveness
- Identify systemic supplier issues and drive corrective actions at scale
Contract & SLA Alignment
- Partner with Legal and Procurement to ensure contracts reflect realistic delivery schedules, milestones, and accountability mechanisms
- Identify gaps between contractual obligations and actual delivery needs
- Drive improvements to SLA definitions, enforcement mechanisms, and escalation paths
Cross-Functional Delivery Alignment
- Work across Construction, Design (MEP), TPM, and Engineering teams to resolve handoff breakdowns and accountability gaps
- Improve coordination between internal teams and external vendors to reduce delays and rework
- Support alignment on design timelines, change management processes, and execution sequencing
Issue Escalation & Resolution
- Serve as the central point for supplier-related escalations impacting delivery timelines
- Drive rapid resolution of critical issues by coordinating across vendors, internal teams, and leadership
- Establish clear escalation frameworks and decision-making pathways
Insights, Reporting & Continuous Improvement
- Deliver executive-level insights on supplier performance, risks, and systemic issues
- Identify trends across regions and programs to inform strategic decisions
- Lead initiatives to improve supplier reliability, delivery predictability, and operational efficiency
Minimum Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in program management, construction, infrastructure delivery, or supplier/vendor management
- Experience working with large-scale construction projects, data centers, or infrastructure programs
- Strong understanding of supplier contracts, SLAs, and performance management frameworks
- Proven ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders (Procurement, Legal, Engineering, Construction)
- Demonstrated experience operating at executive levels (VP/SVP)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in hyperscale data center environments or similar high-growth infrastructure settings
- Familiarity with colocation providers, MEP design processes, and construction delivery lifecycle
- Track record of improving supplier performance at scale across global programs
- Experience building governance models and performance reporting systems

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $120,100 to $251,600 per annum. May be eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral.
