This role focuses on managing supplier performance and delivery strategy for Oracle's global data center construction portfolio, partnering with various internal teams and external vendors to ensure schedule, quality, and contractual commitments are met.

What you'd actually do

  1. Define and implement a global supplier strategy aligned to OCI’s construction delivery goals
  2. Establish and operationalize supplier performance frameworks, including SLAs, KPIs, and scorecards
  3. Partner with Legal and Procurement to ensure contracts reflect realistic delivery schedules, milestones, and accountability mechanisms
  4. Work across Construction, Design (MEP), TPM, and Engineering teams to resolve handoff breakdowns and accountability gaps
  5. Serve as the central point for supplier-related escalations impacting delivery timelines
