Uber is looking for a Supply Acquisition & Operations Manager in Taiwan to lead a sales team, secure strategic partnerships, and drive driver growth. The role involves strategic planning, growth acceleration through operational initiatives, and cross-functional project management. Requires extensive experience in management consulting, sales, business development, or strategic operations, with strong people leadership, problem-solving, collaboration, business acumen, and operational excellence skills. Fluency in English and Mandarin is necessary.

What you'd actually do

  1. Lead and develop a nationwide sales team, removing blockers and driving performance against ambitious driver growth targets.
  2. Source and secure strategic fleet partnerships critical to scaling supply.
  3. Help define the direction and priorities of Taiwan’s supply acquisition strategy.
  4. Design and execute initiatives across operations to unlock new growth opportunities.
  5. Drive cross-functional collaboration with local, regional, and global teams to deliver impact.

Skills

Required

  • Extensive experience in management consulting, sales, business development, or strategic operations in fast-paced environments.
  • People Leadership – Proven ability to lead teams, translate strategy into execution, and deliver results.
  • Structured Problem Solving – Ability to break down ambiguous problems and solve them using data-driven and qualitative insights.
  • Collaboration & Communication – Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to align and execute across functions under tight timelines.
  • Business Acumen – Naturally curious, with strong instincts for how businesses operate and grow; motivated to scale Uber’s model locally.
  • Operational Excellence – Experience building, optimizing, and scaling end-to-end processes.
  • Advanced business fluency in English and native/fluency in Mandarin.
