Supply Analyst (medical Logistics)- Secret Clearance Required

This role is for a Supply Analyst focused on Medical Logistics within the defense sector, requiring experience in supply chain processes, policy analysis, and risk management. It involves leading operations, providing technical guidance, and supporting governance forums. A secret security clearance is mandatory.

What you'd actually do

  1. Lead Supply Directorate operations, set priorities, and oversee completion of key tasks and supply policy actions, focusing on MedLog.
  2. Provide technical guidance and strategic recommendations to improve defense supply policies, directives, and manuals.
  3. Direct analysis and drive improvements for enterprise supply chain processes.
  4. Represent the Directorate in reviews, assessments, and governance forums; frame key issues and adjudicate policy requests (e.g., ETPs) via CATMS.
  5. Support the Supply Chain Risk Management Integration Center (SCRM-IC) by coordinating enterprise-wide supply chain risk initiatives and facilitating stakeholder engagement to analyze risks, assess governance and resourcing, and provide integrated solutions that support senior government leadership decision-making.

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
  • Active Secret security clearance
  • 5+ years of experience working with Class VIII (Medical Logistics) or other defense classes of supply
  • 5+ years of experience in policy analysis, development, and technical writing
  • 1+ years of experience working with workflow management in the defense industry
  • Ability to work on-site in Alexandria, VA

  • Advanced degree in logistics, supply chain management, public policy, or related field.
  • Experience supporting governance forums and adjudicating policy requests.
  • Experience with military medical logistics operations and supply chain risk management initiatives.
