We’re seeking a Supply Chain Account Specialist to join our team and play a key role in supporting Pratt & Whitney engine programs through proactive supplier management and delivery assurance. This role is an excellent start/transition into supply chain and offers high visibility, cross-functional exposure, and strong career growth potential across the organization.
As a Supply Chain Account Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring supplier performance aligns with program requirements, with a strong focus on on-time delivery and customer satisfaction. You will serve as a liaison between internal teams, customers, and suppliers in a fast-paced, high-impact environment.
What You Will Do
- Drive on-time delivery performance by proactively managing supplier commitments and expediting material as needed.
- Support day-to-day procurement execution and delivery assurance activities for Pratt & Whitney engine programs.
- Build strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders to resolve delivery risks and constraints.
- Provide a high level of customer service, ensuring clear communication and responsiveness to program needs.
- Partner with cross-functional teams including procurement, quality, engineering, and operations.
- Analyze supply chain data to identify risks and implement corrective actions to meet business objectives.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, including development and standardization of processes.
Qualifications You Must Have
- Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience **or **an Advanced Degree in a related field.
- Supply Chain, procurement, supplier management, or related operations experience.
Qualifications We Prefer
- Experience in the aerospace or manufacturing industry
- Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP
- Experience developing or improving standardized processes

Remote: Employees who are working in Remote roles* will work primarily offsite (from home). An employee may be expected to travel to the site location as needed.

The salary range for this role is 68,900 USD - 131,100 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
