Ford Ford · Auto · Dearborn, MI +1 · Supply Chain

The Supply Chain Analyst, Business Operations Digitalization role at Ford focuses on driving operational excellence within the Global Supply Chain Business Office by implementing standardized processes, fostering cross-functional alignment, and leveraging advanced digital solutions. The analyst will identify process gaps, translate strategic priorities into scalable workflows, and architect tools and backend systems to enable efficient execution. This role emphasizes developing technical solutions to modernize and streamline supply chain operations, including designing automated workflows, creating data-driven dashboards, and building backend systems and integrations. While the role involves leveraging AI tools like LLMs and copilots to enhance decision-making and streamline operations, the core focus is on operational efficiency and digital transformation within the supply chain, rather than core AI/ML model development.
