Supply Chain Analyst

This role focuses on analyzing and optimizing supply chain operations using data-driven insights and operational reporting. The analyst will develop dashboards, analyze demand-supply gaps, support scenario modeling, and automate reports. While the role supports the adoption of advanced analytics like AI-assisted forecasting, its core function is in supply chain analysis and optimization, not direct AI/ML model development.

What you'd actually do

  1. Develop and maintain operational dashboards, KPI scorecards, and analytical models to monitor supply chain health across demand, supply, inventory, and fulfillment.
  2. Analyze demand-supply gaps, allocation shortfalls, and materials constraints to provide timely, insight-driven recommendations to planning and operations teams.
  3. Support scenario modeling and what-if analysis for planning cycles, including CFO targets, demand/supply plan of records, material supportability reconciliation.
  4. Partner with cross-functional stakeholders (planning, sourcing, materials, finance) to translate business questions into structured analytical frameworks.
  5. Identify patterns, trends, and anomalies in supply chain data; proactively surface risks and opportunities before they impact operations.

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Supply Chain Analytics, or related field AND 3+ years supply planning, operations, supply chain, indirect supply planning, technology-related supply chain, sourcing and manufacturing, Sales & Operations Planning, material requirement planning systems and tools or related experience.
  • OR Master's Degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business, Operations Management, Supply Chain Analytics, or related field AND 1+ year(s) supply planning, operations, supply chain, indirect supply planning, technology-related supply chain, sourcing and manufacturing, Sales & Operations Planning, material requirement planning systems and tools or related experience.
  • OR equivalent experience.

Nice to have

  • 2+ years of experience in supply chain, data analytics, or a related field.
  • Solid proficiency in data analysis tools (SQL, Python/R) and visualization platforms (Power BI, Tableau).
  • Knowledge of supply chain fundamentals, and proven experience designing or transforming processes, systems, and data architectures at scale.
  • Experience leveraging AI/ML tools to analyze complex datasets and translate ambiguous business problems into structured insights, clear recommendations, and scalable solutions.
  • Solid analytical and systems thinking, with the ability to connect strategy, process, data, and technology to drive measurable business impact.
